| Development of Partnership Management System at ILRI |
Development of a partnership strategy and modalities and institutionalisation within ILRI as part of a centre commissioned external review was guided by PICO.
Our role was to guide and coach an internal task force which was analysing the institutional arrangements and modalities and develops alternative arrangements promoting a truly partnership based engagement with other research and development institutions.
The aspects range from structures, reward and incentive modalities to a project management cycle integrating quality partnership management. The new partnership management system has been implemented since 2007.
