| PICOTEAM involved in food security initiative | PICOTEAM facilitated a FARNPAN Harmonized Seed Security Project (HASSP) common vision workshop in Benoni, South Africa on the 20-21st May 2010. HASSP is a project with an overall objective of improving food security of smallholder farmers in the SADC region by increasing their access to seeds. The purpose of this workshop was develop a shared vision of the proposed porject and to initiate planning for the implementation process in the four pilot countries, namely: Malawi, Zimbawe, Zambia and Swaziland. |
