| Operational planning of the 'African Water Facility' (AWF) | PICOTEAM facilitated the strategic and operational planning of the 'African Water Facility' (AWF) which is hosted by the African Development Bank. AWF funds water projects in many African countries. The new strategic direction is aligned with the African Ministers Council on Water (AMCOW) and focuses on project development with a focus on leveraging resources, up-scaling successful ideas and knowledge management. The new strategy and implementation plan have a time frame of 5 years. |
